Account – the result of the Buyer's registration at www.obuddy.eu, creating their personal data, and a stored account (account) recording their order history.

The User (buyer) can make purchases at www.obuddy.eu by registering on www.obuddy.eu, as well as without registration.

3. PROVIDING PERSONAL DATA, LEGAL BASIS, AND PURPOSES OF PROCESSING

The information collected about Users (buyers) depends on the services you use and the information you provide when starting to use the services or registering in the www.obuddy.eu account. Your personal data is obtained in the following ways:

The Buyer can, at any time:

  • Correct and/or complete Personal Data in the Account. The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the corrected and/or supplemented data.

The Seller collects and further processes your personal data based on legitimate legal grounds defined in the laws regulating the protection of personal data:

The Seller stores the personal data of Users (buyers) to the extent necessary to achieve the specified purpose. Once the set goal is reached, the Buyer's personal data is deleted, except in cases where applicable laws require the Seller to retain personal data for a specified period. After this period, personal data is deleted in a way that cannot be reproduced.

The Seller, through internal organizational and technical measures, ensures that the Personal Data provided by the Buyer on www.obuddy.eu is protected from any unauthorized actions: illegal alteration, disclosure, or destruction of Personal Data, identity theft, fraud, and compliance with the level of Personal Data protection required by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

The Buyer undertakes and is obliged to keep their login to www.obuddy.eu, password, and other data secure. The Buyer also undertakes and is obliged not to disclose Personal Data to any third parties about themselves or third parties if such third-party Personal Data becomes available to them, and to immediately inform the Seller of any visible breaches.

5. IMPLEMENTATION OF THE RIGHTS OF PERSONAL DATA SUBJECTS

The User (buyer), whose personal data is processed by www.obuddy.eu or the Seller, has the following rights:

  • To know (be informed) about the processing of their data.
  • To familiarize themselves with their personal data and how it is processed.
  • To request the correction, destruction, or suspension, except for storage, of their personal data processing actions when the data is processed in violation of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania and other legal provisions.
