Product returns or exchanges are free of charge. Once the seller confirms the exchange or return, we will send you a prepaid LP Express (Unisend in Latvia and Estonia) parcel locker label. If the package exceeds the maximum dimensions allowed by LP Express (Unisend in Latvia and Estonia) parcel lockers, we will arrange for a courier to pick up the parcel on a business day from your specified address within Lithuania (excluding the city of Neringa), Latvia, Estonia.
In all cases, the buyer must securely package the item, print, and attach the shipping label, which we will send via email. LP Express (Unisend) labels can be printed for free at a parcel locker terminal by entering the shipment number.
For returns from any country outside of Lithuania, Latvia, or Estonia, the buyer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

In your email, please include:
- The order number
- The reason for the exchange or return
- Do not send the item back until we confirm the exchange or return.

Rules for Returned Products:
- Returned products must be unused, in their original condition, clean, and undamaged.
- The item must not be damaged by the buyer. The buyer is responsible for ensuring that the returned item is securely packaged and not damaged during shipping.
- The returned product's components must be the same as when delivered to the buyer.
Refunds for returned products will be issued via bank transfer to the account or card used for the original payment within 7 business days from the date the item is received by the seller.
When Exchanging a Product:
- If exchanging for a more expensive item, the buyer pays the difference between the price of the desired item and the price of the originally purchased item.
