We hold our products to the highest quality standards. All items purchased from obuddy.eu come with a warranty against manufacturing defects, as well as a 24-month warranty on zippers and seams of the bed covers. The warranty on zippers and seams does not apply in the following cases:
- If the product has been used for unintended purposes or not in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations, or if the product has been damaged due to the actions of the buyer, third parties, or environmental factors.
- For damage caused by rough behaviour from animals, such as biting, scratching, excessive digging, etc.
- If the washing instructions on the label have not been followed.
- If the product has been used for commercial purposes.
Orthopaedic bed mattress come with a 24-month warranty against the mattress shrinking more than 10% from the declared thickness.
The warranty on mattresses does not apply under the following conditions:
- Due to the softness of materials used in the manufacturing process, the mattress length, width, and height may vary by up to 1.5 cm from the declared dimensions. This does not affect the mattress properties.
- Mattresses may have a specific odour due to the materials used, which will dissipate over time with ventilation. Sensitive individuals may notice the odour for a longer period. There is no cause for concern - only certified materials that are safe for health are used in mattress production.
- High-pressure areas of the mattress may become indented with use. A deformation of up to 10% of the mattress height does not affect the mattress properties.
- If the product has been used for unintended purposes or not in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations, or if the product has been damaged due to the actions of the buyer, third parties, or environmental factors.

In the event of a warranty claim, we will repair the product component (cover, mattress, or other part). If repair is not possible, we will replace the component with a new one. If we no longer manufacture or have the item in stock and do not plan to do so in the near future, we will replace it with a product of similar properties, functions, and price.
