Once the seller confirms the exchange or return, we will send you a prepaid LP Express (Unisend in Latvia and Estonia) parcel locker label. If the package exceeds the maximum dimensions allowed by LP Express (Unisend in Latvia and Estonia) parcel lockers, we will arrange for a courier to pick up the parcel on a business day from your specified address within Lithuania (excluding the city of Neringa), Latvia, Estonia.<br>In all cases, the buyer must securely package the item, print, and attach the shipping label, which we will send via email. LP Express (Unisend) labels can be printed for free at a parcel locker terminal by entering the shipment number.<br>For returns from any country outside of Lithuania, Latvia, or Estonia, the buyer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To request a product exchange or return, please contact us via email at hello@obuddy.eu or by phone at +37061548035.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In your email, please include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The order number<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The reason for the exchange or return<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Do not send the item back until we confirm the exchange or return.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>We will contact you within 3 business days after receiving your email.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Rules for Returned Products:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Returned products must be unused, in their original condition, clean, and undamaged.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The item must not be damaged by the buyer.
